Review & Competition – Win £100 worth of Muddy Puddles clothing

Written by on October 13, 2010 in COMPETITION TIME, REVIEWS - 227 Comments

Those lovely people at Muddy Puddles sent us some zip-off jeans and a hoodie to review.

The jeans are great, they zip off at the knee, giving that extra flexibility.  We put them to the test this Sunday.  The 4 year old got dressed and before we set off to the park he decided that as the sun was shining and he was going to be riding his bike he would zip off his jeans leaving him with long shorts.  He managed to do it all by himself, with no trouble, which was an added bonus.

The hoodie is really bright and looks really hardwearing, it feels soft and fleecy inside. It’s a generous size too so will last a long time.

He loves both his jeans and his hoodie.  It’s a shame our washing machine doesn’t wash, dry and iron in a half hour.  The 4 year old would be much happier then. Actually, so would I!

The hoodie is priced from £22 and the zip-off jeans £20

The people at Muddy Puddles have asked me to host a competition to win £100 worth of Muddy Puddles clothing.  The clothing on offer is anything from the t-shirts, hoodies and tops, bottoms and outwear categories which you can find here: http://www.muddypuddles.com/Kids-Everyday

In order to win you need to do something REALLY complicated *COUGH* …  just tell me (in the comments below) what your favourite item is in the Muddy Puddles everyday wear range. That’s right, there is no right or wrong answer.

If you retweet the competition on Twitter using the hashtag #muddypuddles you get a second entry.

I will get my independent adjudicators to pick a winner on Tuesday 19th October.

————————————————————————————————————————————-

THIS COMPETITION CLOSED AT 7PM TUESDAY 19TH OCTOBER.

All entrants names were placed in a hat, including two entries for all those who tweeted the competition (268 entries!!), which is a lot of paper.

My independent adjudicator shut his eyes and delved into the hat and pulled out

*drum roll*……………………………@compingclaire

Well done Claire, if you could DM me your email address I will pass it on to the lovely people at Muddy Puddles.

The zip off trousers are a necessity of any Childs watching as the bottoms can be removed when filthy giving the impression of a smart clean child!!!

    Junior base layer leggings
Due to my sons short leg size he wears mostly jeans so that we can turn the legs up, this can get a bit cold in the winter so these are ideal for under the jeans or any other trousers he wears. He can run about with a jacket as the snow suits never fit and I don’t have to worry about him getting cold; just dirty

The zip up hoodie: cosy, comfy and practical, and the kids love them. Must also say that I wouldn’t want to live without the camo waterprroof range.
