That Tara Lara set me, and some other bloggers, a challenge. To come up with one word to describe myself. ONE WORD? Sheesh.
So I thought, and I thought. Then I got a bit morbid, but not at all, and thought about what I’d want people to remember about me after I die, when I’m 113 and free to embarrass my family regularly in public. I would want people to remember most of all that I found the funny in almost everything and liked to have good old belly laugh.
And then I knew what I sort of wanted to say, but because I was having a day where my brain turned into rice pudding and I struggled to remember what day it is … I just couldn’t sum it up. Which is where The Husband comes in, literally breezing through the room, with one word. Convivial.
Con·viv·i·al : Cheerful and friendly; jovial. And there you go, that’s me in a nutshell.
Then after I’d sent my photo to Tara, to do whatever it is she’s going to do with it, I re-read her original email and realised that she wanted it two days ago, landscape and black and white.
Oops. Maybe the word should have been ‘slack’, ‘late’, ‘clown’, ‘fool’, ‘unaccountable’ or ‘twazzock’ ?
Can you sum yourself up in just ONE word? Go on, try it!
