This is a loose interpretation of Tara’s Gallery this week. Mainly because it’s not a photo … it’s a video …
The theme this week is ‘Men’.
In the absence of any Simon Cowell styleee judges to call me out, tut, wave their finger in my face and question the rules I give you the one man in my life who keeps me on my toes 24/7.
He has no fear … just like, the other man in my life, his father.
I am now a finalist in the MAD Awards for Funniest Mad Blog where you can vote for me to win … if you want to! (Voting ends on the 6th of June at Midnight)

very stylish. Get that kid a motorcycle already! (just kidding!)
Oh my god! This is the one thing that I am dreading about Baba he has no fear already, and when I look at his female cousin who is the same age she is starting to think about whether she should do things. He just goes for it whatever! He looked like he was having a whale of a time though!
Laura, your kids are hilarious as you are. I would love to be a fly on the wall in your family room.
That looks like fun. I would have a go!
LEGEND.
I need my boys to meet your kiddos, THEN they’ll learn the true meaning of stunts. Strutting round my house thinking they’re all tough and stuff…
It’s the same here with my three boys AND my girl…it is luck I have unmoving blood pressure! Fab post!
I won’t show this one to Amy.
CJ xx
Ha at all the shocked comments, my two do this all the time, we moved their playhouse as we were sick onf them climbing on top to get to the neigbours garden – oh the shame.
LOL. Your son should meet my eldest (who is now almost 20). When he was that age he would do even worse things. We lived on a kibbutz with a big hill going from the top to bottom. He would drive down it on small car with feet out, hair blowing, around the curves. He gave his mother numerous heart attacks.
Now with the real car, the heart attacks are more frequent.
Oh, Boy! You are truly a genius in finding ways to further injure yourself! I love this vid, it is the essence of your daring and gorgeous boy. O is the complete opposite, very cautious for a boy, but still loves hurling himself around and all sports. I have never played so much wrestling, football, rugby (try that after coming out of hospital with a skull fracture) or running. Having a boy child is a constant education for me. I love it!
I can just imagine O’s face, aghast, if he had witnessed this ridiculous feat in our garden. Much like watching E & Boo arguing over pushchairs.
Am about to DM yu for some advice for my Secret Post Club present!
I just made the error of showing your clip to my 2yo son – “gain” he says – thats me til lunch time now “gain mummy!”
Ha, I love it.
Gain!
LOVE IT! You have to love boys, they have no fear and are quite daft. But they have so much fun doing it.
Think yourself lucky though, with two boys they encourage each other to ever more ridiculous deeds of derring do….
My daughter doesn’t join in, but shouts encouraging things from the sidelines!
I’m not showing this to Isabelle, as am sure she would love to try this!
Show her, then take away the slide!
That is the type of thing my 4 year old DAUGHTER would do. I’m sure she has a deathwish! No little girly girl for me, she’d be right up there on the tractor after your son, and then encourage him to go again LOL
My daughter was encouraging him, but from the safety of the grass … she has less inclination to do stunts, but enjoys watching!
Lol what is it with boys? my son also has no fear!
He was definitely born with no fear. From the moment he could walk he has been doing his own stunts.
OH MY GOD
So glad I had a girl, my nerves would be shot!
My daughter in comparison is easy peasy!
You’re a woman after my own heart. when your kids start doing something that may end in potential disaster get the camera out
As I held the camera I was very conscious of what the neighbours might think if they saw me filming my child doing deadly stunts in the garden.
… and then I go and show the world and his dog!
