Behold, the naked lady …

Written by on December 16, 2013 in BLOG - 4 Comments

I love doodle books.  They give a prompt, ask a question and you fill in the blank with your imagination and a pencil. Flicking through one in particular, the other day, I found a page with a crane – ‘Attach something heavy to the crane’, it prompts.

Easy peasy. I can think of several heavy things to attach to a crane; top of my mind is a lorry carrying my gin supplies for Christmas, a T-Rex with a lion on it’s shoulders or a cruise ship for elephants.

At no point did I consider myself, naked, holding a toilet with my feet.

But, it seems, my daughter did.

I won’t bring your attention to my protruding bottom, bald head or HUMONGOUS saggy, one-bigger-than-the-other boobs.

Albert Einstein once said:

“Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions”

In this case I bloody hope not.

Yes, unless you’re depicted in the picture …

Since I don’t see a label with “Mommy” and and arrow, I would just assume it’s your sister or something.

Ha – I like that. I’ll tell her next time she visits!
