A postcard from Ghana!

SAM_0435Hello Laura!

This man is teaching maths at a school on the edge of a slum in Accra to a class of about 25 children. The children were very well behaved and listening to him intently – there was a real sense that they wanted to learn. Inspiring!

This is a digital postcard sent from TeamHonk (www.mammasaurus.co.uk; www.aresidence.co.uk; www.mummybarrow.com) during their travels with Comic Relief in Ghana celebrating #goodwork.

For the past 25 years the money raised through Red Nose Day has been changing the lives of the poorest and most disadvantaged people in the UK and Africa. Let’s Keep Up the Good Work. Find out how at rednoseday.com

Just black boards and desks, no electricity, no window frames. That is all they had.

And rooms full of children wanting to learn Was fab to witness
